How do I track my order after it is shipped?

You will receive an automated shipping notification from our warehouse when your order is shipped.  

You can also Log in to your DPD Local account (or register if you haven’t already)

  • Go to the ‘My Orders’ tab
  • Find your DPD reference number displayed next to the order in question, e.g. ‘DPD12345678’.
  • DPD offers a free service that allows you to control your shipments and give delivery instructions. It also notifies you when packages are delivered. You can sign up here:

To report a damaged or lost package, please contact Customer Service within 30 days of placing your order.  

Please email photos of the damaged item(s) for replacement.
