At Small Pet Select, we're dedicated to providing efficient service to our customers. Here's what you need to know: 

Delivery Estimate: 

While most orders arrive within an average of 1.9 business days, please keep in mind that factors like weather, holidays, COVID-related staffing shortages, and high weekend sales can influence delivery times. 

Shipping Methods: 

We use UPS, DPD, and Royal Mail to ship our products. We do not deliver to PO Box addresses. 

Free Shipping: 

Enjoy free shipping for orders totalling £39.99 or more (after discounts and before taxes) within the UK Mainland. For orders under £39.99, there's a flat rate of £4.95. Non-Mainland UK orders may be subject to Customs Tax/Courier Charges depending upon the destination country.

Order Processing: 

We strive to process and ship most orders on the same business day if received before 4 pm GMT. Orders received after these times will likely be shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed and shipped until Monday.

Address Accuracy:

We kindly request customers to verify and ensure the accuracy of their shipping address before confirming the order. Unfortunately, we can't take responsibility for undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
