International/EU Deliveries Update:

Due to Brexit at the start of January 2021 restrictions have been placed on European deliveries by our courier partners. As a result, we are temporarily unable to ship to the EU. We are currently looking for a solution and will update our website as soon as possible.

Do you ship Internationally?

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so if your pet doesn't like what you ordered, we're happy to send you a replacement of the same kind or different (must be equivalent value) or give you a store credit. when reported within 14 days of receipt. 

Please ensure you report all issues with your order (i.e. missing items, delivery issues, product concerns) within 14 days. 

We reserve the right to limit refunds, store credits, and replacements.

In very few extenuating circumstances, we may agree to a return more than 14 days after purchase: if you want to return something outside of 14 days, you the customer, will be responsible for the return shipping.

What is Auto-Ship & Save?

We will provide a notification via email indicating that a tracking number has been assigned to your order and a package label has been created by us, the shipper.  

A notification email will be sent once the warehouse has printed your order for fulfillment.  You won't actually see any tracking updates until the package has been picked up by the delivery carrier and has been scanned into their system.
