How do I manage my Auto-Ship & Save subscription?
Changes to your Auto-Ship & Save orders can be made up until midnight the day before your scheduled processing date. Just log into your Small Pet Select account and click “Manage Auto-Ship Orders” under My Account.

We’ll send an “upcoming auto-ship notification” by email — and by SMS text if you opted in — 5 days before your order processes. That way, you’ll have plenty of time to make any updates.
If you’d rather not manage it yourself, our Customer Service team is always hoppy to help. We’re happy to make adjustments or verify any changes for you.
