Managing Existing Auto-Ship & Save OrdersUpdated 3 months ago

Changes to your Auto-Ship & Save orders can be made up until midnight the day before your scheduled processing date by logging into your Small Pet Select account and clicking "Manage Auto-Ship Orders" under My Account.

For your convenience, we will even send you an "upcoming auto-ship notification" via email and SMS text (if you opted in); 5 days in advance allowing you time to make any changes before your next order processes.  

If you prefer, our Customer Service team is always hoppy to help make adjustments to your auto-ship subscription or to verify any changes you've made.
